Saucy Roast Beef and Swiss Sliders

Ingredients
For the sandwiches:
- 24 Hawaiian rolls
- 24 slices Roast Beef
- 24 slices Swiss cheese
For the sauce:
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.

Fold each roast beef slice in half to fit the roll, place it on the bottom half, and top with a slice of Swiss cheese.

Place the top bun on each slider.

Repeat until all sliders are assembled.

Arrange the sandwiches in baking pans, about 12 per pan.

Whisk together the Dijon mustard, melted butter, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.

Drizzle the sauce evenly over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake for 10–12 minutes, removing the foil during the last few minutes to let the tops brown. Serve hot.
