Ingredients 

For the sandwiches:

  • 24 Hawaiian rolls
  • 24 slices Roast Beef
  • 24 slices Swiss cheese

For the sauce:

  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  • Fold each roast beef slice in half to fit the roll, place it on the bottom half, and top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Place the top bun on each slider.
  • Repeat until all sliders are assembled.
  • Arrange the sandwiches in baking pans, about 12 per pan.
  • Whisk together the Dijon mustard, melted butter, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Drizzle the sauce evenly over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  • Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake for 10–12 minutes, removing the foil during the last few minutes to let the tops brown. Serve hot.
